PASTEL DE MANZANA CON SALSA DEL CARAMELO

Ingredientes

  • 80 g, dátiles picados
  • 100 ml de agua
  • 2 bolsas de té negro o chai
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 1 anís estrella
  • 4 clavos de olor
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cardamomo
  • 175 g de mantequilla, blanda
  • 125 g de azúcar morena
  • 3 huevos medianos
  • 200 g de harina auto-elevable, tamizada
  • 1 cucharadita de canela molida
  • 2 manzanas gala
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón

SALSA DE CARAMELO

  • 160ml de crema fina
  • 155g azúcar morena
  • 50g de mantequilla, en cubos
  • 2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla

Instrucciones

  1. Caliente el horno a 180 ° C, y engrase y cubra con papel encerado un molde de 22 cm. de diámetro.
